OH POLLY

I’m actually obsessed with absolutely EVERYTHING on www.OhPolly.Com! Their pieces are so figure flattering, and are all double-lined and made of thick jersey fabric… (so say goodbye to those pesky VPLs and chuck out those thin leggings that go see-through!!)

I have always loved high-waisted leggings as I feel they accentuate your natural curves, and this pair are not only stretchy, but they hold you in at the waist too 😉 I would wear this as a casual outfit as above, or glammed up with a pair of strappy heels and a smart jacket or flowy trench coat for a night on the town 🙂

Back To Blogging…

Wow what a whirlwind 2016 has been so far! This year has flown by so quickly and I can’t believe the amazing opportunities I’ve been lucky enough to experience 🙂

I have been busy with modelling (and some acting work 🙊) so I haven’t had any time to post on my blog since March! This is terrible of me to leave it so long, especially as I love blogging… so I promise I will be posting more regularly – both fashion blogging and updates on my modelling work 🙂

If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know that I do a lot of Asian modelling work… I love doing e-commerce and beauty shoots also, but my favourite jobs are always the Asian style shoots! I love getting dressed up in such beautifully embellished outfits with the SPARKLIEST jewellery and accessories, and the makeup is always absolutely stunning!

Last week I was lucky enough to work with the world’s leading Asian wedding publication;      Asiana Magazine for their Autumn/Winter issue. Here’s some behind the scenes snaps – I can’t wait until the campaign is out in the shops!

Here’s some more campaign shoots I’ve been working on recently 🙂 x

KEEP IT NEUTRAL

With Spring approaching I’m so obsessed with fresh neutral tones, and even though it’s still FREEEEEZING out here… it’s NEVER too cold for a midi dress!! This beauty from MissPap is such a staple for your wardrobe, and can be dressed up or down for either a glam or more casual look 🙂

Oooohhh Naa Naa …

It’s so crazy that there’s only 16 days until Christmas! …where has this year gone?!!

Since party season is coming up, I’ve found the most lush LBD for those Xmas parties and nights out 😍 This beauty from NaaNaa Clothing has lace up details, a low cut back, and gold features for that festive twist! The long sleeves are perfect for winter, and the thick fabric hugs those curves in all the right places 😉

Go check out NaaNaa Clothing for some stunning party pieces!!

SUEDE PARADE

It’s no secret that at the moment I have a slight obsession with suede – and this long line coat from PLT is not only versatile, but is so warm too! It’s the perfect Autumn cover up and layers beautifully over a chunky knit like this one, that can be worn as a mini dress or even as a long top over a pair of jeans 🙂

Autumn Edit – All About Texture

It’s that time of year again when I can venture to the back of my wardrobe and pull out my FAVOURITE COAT EVERRRR… and then layer it on top of literally every single outfit I wear 😂 – I’m never letting this coat go, I swear.

This season is of course all about those autumn colours and neutral tones, but also about mixing and matching different textures and fabrics in similar shades. I’m loving ribbed knits for the cooler weather, and this wrap-front jumper from New Look is so versatile. I paired it with this suede midi skirt and some gorgeous lace-up heels, both from Missguided 🙂

In the city & under the sun …

This afternoon I attended a fashion event in central London, so want to look smart but also as the sun is shining I wanted to wear something summery!

First of all, to say I love my new heels is an understatement… I want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Ego Official for these lace-up beauties with such a unique honeycomb design 😍 !!

I’m a big fan of pastel shades at the moment, and these tailored trousers really caught my eye, because they’re not quite lilac or grey, they’re a mix of both colours… I paired it with a ribbed crop and a sleeveless trench – I love the suede look and feel of this jacket!

L A S H  X  L I N E

I want to say a big thank you to Australian-based ModelCo Cosmetics for sending me over some of their brand new products to try out and review!

Their newly launched product ‘2-in-1 Lash & Line’ is a mascara and liquid eyeliner combined into one product – perfect for when you’re doing your makeup on the go!!

As a model, over the years makeup artists have used lots of different makeup products on me, and you kind of get to know which brands work best for your face… I have often found liquid eyeliners to be either too watery, not thick/dark enough, or it doesn’t last throughout the day and starts to crumble…

So I’m naturally sceptical whenever I try out a new liquid eyeliner, but I have to say that the liquid eyeliner part of the 2-in-1 Lash & Line is the perfect consistency and it’s also very durable, so stays on your eyes all day without it drying out or smudging!

When trying the mascara part of the 2-in-1 product, I found it really lifted my lashes to make them look so much longer and gave them a natural looking curl. It isn’t too thick and doesn’t cake your lashes like some other mascaras do, but it’s not too thin either – I found that 1 coat is enough for an everyday natural look, but for the evening (photos below) I used 2 coats just to make my eyes look extra-defined 😉

I absolutely LOVE the 2-in-1 Lash & Line, it’s very easy to apply, brilliant quality, and so convenient to have 2 makeup products in 1, so it will definitely become a staple in my makeup bag from now on!
